Where can I buy Woodland Trust products?
The Woodland Trust does not have any retail outlets. By shopping online, not only do you have the satisfaction of purchasing environmentally friendly products, but you are also helping us to reduce our administrative costs.
How long will it take for my Woodland Trust catalogue order to arrive?
If you order by telephone or online, delivery should not take longer than 10 days, but please allow up to 21 days in case we are exceptionally busy.
Where can I Dedicate a Tree?
Tree Dedications are available through our dedicated online area available via the home page.
What are the products that the Woodland Trust sells made from?
Our wrapping paper and re-use envelopes are printed on 100% recycled paper. Our cards are printed on paper containing 50% recycled paper and 50% virgin wood free fibers.
Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer this service.
Is the Woodland Trust online catalogue site secure?
The Woodland Trusts' online card payment system is provided by securetrading.com who are certified under the Visa Account Information Security (AIS) and MasterCard's Site Data Protection (SDP) programs which ensure that data handling, transmission, storage and protection are of the highest order. Security is important when transaction data is flowing across the internet, and when data is stored on computer systems. Securetrading takes care to ensure that transaction data is safe at all times. The use of digital signatures and strong encryption ensure that all sensitive information is protected throughout a transaction.
Can I return any items that I am not happy with?
Information about how to return or exchange an item is included with each shipped order along with your packing slip. If you are not satisfied with our goods or service, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 working days after receipt. If the products have arrived in a damaged state or are incorrectly supplied, please return them to our Freepost address at The Woodland Trust, FREEPOST GM 63/2, Grantham, Lincolnshire, NG31 6BR. Postage and packing charges will be refunded with the cost of the products if damaged or faulty goods are returned to our standard address, however in other instances we will not be able to refund delivery.
Does my order have to be delivered to my invoice address?
No, there is an option on the checkout page to select an alternative ship to address.
Can I arrange for my order to be sent to two different delivery addresses?
Yes, this is possible. The packing and postage charges that normally apply to the order will, however, be applied to every delivery address.
Where are your native trees from?
Our selection of native trees are supplied by Alba Trees Plc the UK's largest producer of cell grown plants. Founded in 1988, based in East Lothian Alba Trees operate from a 7 hectare nursery. Alba Trees hold the Royal Warrant as Woodland Tree and Shrub Nurserymen by appointment to Her Majesty the Queen.
I would like to order more native trees than the website offers, what should I do?
If you would like to place bulk orders for trees, please contact Alba Trees direct who will be happy to take your order.
