Create a 'Foot of Forest' with IKEA

IKEA customers and coworkers create millions of feet of forest!

IKEA and the Woodland Trust invite everyone to take part in their massive four-year campaign to create new native forest across the UK - just by shopping in their local IKEA store.

Every swipe of the free IKEA FAMILY card sees 10p donated to the Woodland Trust, enough to create a square foot of forest!

In the first two years, shoppers across the country have helped the charity to create 150 acres (over 60 ha) of verdant new woodland.

IKEA and the Woodland Trust have an ambitious target to create enough woodland to cover an area the size of all 18 UK IKEA stores and their car parks each year for another 3 years - so every swipe will help!

The project is part of IKEA's continuing commitment to the environment, and they hope that this project will help the Woodland Trust to make huge strides in their mission to double native woodland cover in the UK, for the benefit of people and wildlife.
