Native Trees

Depending on the time of year your sapling will probably be supplied in a dormant state. If however you scrape back a small piece of the bark and you do not see pale new wood underneath we will accept the tree back in its original packaging within 48 hours and we will exchange the item and provide a full refund, including return postage. If you do not wish to receive a replacement tree, please state this when returning your purchase.
