A charge of £3.95 will be made on all UK orders up to the value of £35.00. For all UK orders (including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Isles) over £35.00, postage and packaging is free.
Goods will normally be received within 14 days but please allow up to 28 days in case we are exceptionally busy.
For overseas delivery (including the Channel Islands) there is a postage and packaging charge of £3.95 (irrespective of the order value), plus an additional £2.00 per order line.
Dedicate a tree and Plant a tree orders
We aim to despatch Dedicate a Tree packs within 3 working days of receipt of donation and Plant a Tree within 7 working days. Please note other circumstances beyond our control could affect delivery times. If your dedication is time-sensitive, you may want to check the despatch date with our customer service team at the time of making your donation. All tree dedications are sent with free postage and packaging.
Native tree orders
Native trees are only available to UK customers. We cannot dispatch trees overseas. Postage is included in all tree prices.
Plants will be delivered within 7 days of your order and separately to any other ordered products. Your plants will be sent to you in secure packaging by Royal Mail or National Carriers. Orders for less than 15 plants will be sent via Royal Mail and at present delivery dates can not be guaranteed.
Your plants have been raised from British seed collections - providing plants better suited to UK conditions.
All plants have been raised in the unique Rootrainer system which encourages healthy, well-directed roots without any of the spiralling and subsequent instability often found in traditional pot-grown plants.
Although your plants will generally be smaller than traditional garden centre stock they have an excellent fibrous, well formed root system. This will enable them to establish quickly and catch up with taller more expensive plants - making them an extremely cost effective alternative.
